Skilled Mason (New Construction & Apartments)

Location: Region of Nijmegen, Arnhem, Den Bosch, and Eindhoven. You will primarily be deployed on large-scale projects for new homes and the construction of modern apartment complexes within this area.

Employment: Full-time (Employed or Freelance)

Are you the skilled mason who delivers top-quality work at a high pace? We are looking for experienced professionals who can work independently on the precise masonry of brand new homes and apartment complexes.

What will you do?

• Independently execute high-quality masonry on large-scale new construction and apartment projects.
• Masonry in various styles and perform precise facade work.
• Independently set profiles, corners, and battens from the construction drawing.

What do you bring?

• Proven experience as an independent, skilled all-round mason with a high work rate.
• Pride in your craft and in-depth knowledge of materials and mortars.
• Strict requirement: In possession of a driver's license and personal transportation (car) to reach various construction sites in the region.
• As a freelancer, you are fully equipped with your own professional masonry tools.
• In possession of a VCA certificate.

What do we offer?

• Employment: €3,500 to €4,000 gross per month.
• Freelance / Wage Workers rate: €40 to €45 per hour (excluding travel expenses) for certified, skilled masons.
• Long, stable projects at large construction sites and guaranteed fast payments.
