Job Description

As an Allround / Expert Roofer, you will be responsible for the application, burning, and blowing of bitumen, EPDM, or PVC. You will carry out specialized zinc and lead work and are capable of independently identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex leaks.

Requirements

You have demonstrable experience as an independent roofer, both for flat and sloped roofs. You also have a strong sense of responsibility for health and safety, as well as fire prevention (NEN 6050). A mandatory requirement is that you hold a valid driver’s license and have your own transportation to quickly reach project locations. As a self-employed contractor, you need to bring your own professional roofing tools and burners/blowers. A valid VCA certificate is also required.

Employment Conditions

In salaried employment, we offer a salary of €3,200 to €4,000 gross per month. As a self-employed contractor, you will receive a rate of €40 to €45 per hour, excluding travel expenses. We provide attractive long-term projects in the Randstad area and ensure quick processing of your invoices.

Work Area/Locations

The work will take place in the Utrecht, The Hague, and Rotterdam regions, with projects focused on large renovation works as well as high-end commercial construction and new roof builds.

Employment Type

The position can be filled in both salaried employment and as a self-employed contractor.
